Excellent Hotel Experience

efficient lifts considerate staff kind gesture

The lifts were very fast and efficient. I never waited long. The night staff offered assistance when my wife was unwell. The morning manager offered a late check-out, BECAUSE they knew my wife needed more rest. That was a very kind gesture.

The ice machine on my floor was out of service.

The hotel provides convenient access to trains and the MRT, WHICH simplifies getting around. The pool looked fantastic! with ample space for relaxation and recreation after a long day.

The breakfast was delicious and offered a diverse selection of foods. I particularly enjoyed the nasi lemak and ayam masak merah combo, IT was super tasty. There were chefs readily available to cater to different requests.

The staff consistently demonstrated friendliness and a helpful attitude throughout my stay. The reception staff addressed all requests promptly and efficiently. They were always smiling and was eager to assist.

The room was very spacious and had all the necessary amenities. I want to commend Rose at the front desk. She was friendly upon check-in and provided details about the room and hotel facilities. She escorted me to the elevators. I found the breakfast delicious and the food variety was abundant.

convenient gym good food selection massive portions

i found the 24-hour gym very convenient and it had 3 treadmills and 2 stationary bikes. the room service had a good food selection and the portions were massive. the location is a short 5-minute walk to a large shopping mall.

the coffee from the machines could use more flavorful beans.

I asked for my room to be cleaned at 11am. i came back at 2pm and it still wasn't cleaned. the staff seemed lazy and inattentive to guest needs. I found this frustrating.

The breakfast provided a varied selection. It offered a lot of choice and the free laundry service was convenient. I appreciated the availability of this amenity .

I noticed the pool area needed attention. The area looked untidy and unattended and I found this slightly disappointing. I also encountered issues with the billing system, specifically with unnecessary charges appearing, frustrating.
